Diana Frohman and her performing dogs
Diana Frohman and her famous dancing dogs Henry and Eddie are back to entertain you along with some new members of the team. Diana and her beautiful dogs will also do a special demonstration on how they learn some of their tricks. Come join Diana and her dogs for a very special show that will delight all ages. There will be a photographer for attendees to take pictures with these beautiful golden retrievers for a nominal fee.
Doggie U K9 Academy, the largest indoor training facility on Long Island will be doing agility Demonstrations in the Dog Arena all weekend. Make sure you stop by their booth to talk to them They have many classes which fit the needs of dog and handler teams at every level.. Along with a full slate of agility classes, we have classes in obedience, puppy kindergarten, basic obedience, conformation ring training, rally and numerous special dog events are held at our facility year round. www.doggieuk9.com
DogLoversDays Lure Course
Your dog will have a blast running the lure course.Your family dog can let loose and be a star as they have fun running the agility lure course. A fee will be charged.
Johnny Peers, Muttville Comix
Sit! Stay! Get ready to howl! Johnny Peers and his personality-plus canines are coming to tickle your funny bone! A Ringling Brothers Clown College graduate, Johnny Peers has been working with dogs since he got his first puppy, Freckles, a Beagle mix, from the Humane Society in 1972. Since their 1980 debut, the Muttville Comix have appeared on David Letterman, Primetime Live and Circus of the Stars, and at Disneyland, Busch Gardens, the Big Apple Circus, the Royal Hanneford Circus, even The White House!
A show for the whole family and the dog lover in all of us, the show stars mostly dogs rescued from shelters or pounds, like Daphne, the world’s only skateboarding Basset Hound; Squeaky, the ladder climbing Fox Terrier; Mr. Pepe, who only responds to commands in Spanish; and Sir Winston, the Pointer mix who only answers to “Sir.” The 2003 Animal Planet Pet Star Winners, the Providence Journal-Bulletin calls the show, “…a truly funny, slapstick dog act.”
Parade of Breeds –
Calling all purebred breed dogs! Participate with your dog in the Parade of Breeds to be held on Sat March 2 at 4 PM in the Dog Arena. Open to purebred dogs 6 months of age and up.

Rainforest Reptile Shows
We’re back!! Once again Rainforest Reptile Shows will be visiting The Family Pet Expo.
For over 25 years Michael Ralbovsky and Joaney Gallagher along with their staff will be bringing along some remarkable fascinating animals. This year we have partnered up with the RRS Oasis Education Conservation Facility (a 501 c3 charity).All of the animals appearing are obtained through confiscations from US Fish and Wildlife, law enforcement and some are just unwanted pets… They are receiving a second lease on life. We will provide fun educational presentations daily and you may even have an opportunity to take photo. The staff is glad to answer all your animal questions with over 100 years of combined experience!
Why does a snake stick out its tongue? What are those bumps on an alligators back? Why is it important to save the rainforest and habitats of the world? These and many more questions will be answered in this extraordinary presentation.
The International Cat Association Cat Show – Saturday and Sunday Only.
The International Cat Association Cat Show hosted by the Biker Cat Club. A TICA sanctioned cat show will be held this year at the Long Island Pet Expo See the usual and not so usual breeds of cats competing for the blue ribbon! They will also do a Parade of Breeds each day.

Rabbit Hopping? Yep, think agility for your bunny. Allikatt’s Bunnies will present an agility demonstration of rabbit hopping at the show all weekend.
After watching the fun-filled demonstration, there will be a seminar so you can learn how you can get involved in this sport.
Pre-registration for the classes preferred. Bring your rabbit in a closed bottom leak-proof carrier. Approved H-style harnesses required (available at show). Handler must wear sneakers to use the course. To compete in the competition, your rabbit must be able to jump at least 6-10” Easy Class; 10-14” Intermediate Class. The Long Island Parrot Society –
The Long Island Parrot Society will be at the show with different species of beautiful parrots to educate the public about these birds .
COME FEED LIVE BUTTERFLIES INSIDE THE BUTTERFLY EXPERIENCE. You can get up close to the beautiful butterflies and take all the pictures you want, as they are feeding on your feeding stick. This is a Fun interactive experience for the whole family! There is a fee for this attraction
Joanie Baloney Face Painting
Joanie Baloney Face Painting creates beautiful face art at the Pet Expo for children of all ages. Kids are treated to a very special face painting experience full of color, detail, and dazzle. Afterwards, you can take magical photos of your kids as you explore all the wonderful attractions of this remarkable Pet Expo!
